Method of Payment:
1. Credit Card - Individual orders may be paid for by American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Paypal.
2. School and organizational orders - Please enter P.O. and/or any other information that you have at the time you place the order.
* Purchase Orders must be mailed or faxed to the store before we will process your order.
3. International Orders - Please use Paypal. No other method of payment will be accepted.
4. Other methods of payment - Please enter specific details if you wish to pay by check, money order, pick up at the store or make other arrangements. Payment must be received before we will ship your order. Call the store at 1-800-229-8863 for assistance. Orders will not be processed without confirmation of method of payment.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every attempt to keep our prices up to date; however, our prices are based on changes made by publishers.

Returns and Exchanges: All sales are considered final. Copyrighted materials will only be considered for return or exchange if the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped to the customer. Said items should be returned in new condition with no markings. Any such transaction must be authorized by management in advance.

Sales Tax: 7.0% for individual orders. We will deduct it for tax exempt organizations.

Shipping: Although most orders arrive within 7-10 days, arrival can only be guaranteed if overnight, 2-day or 3-day shipping is requested. Once we receive items from publishers, personal orders will be sent through U.S. mail unless another shipping method is requested.
* School and organizational orders will normally be shipped via UPS since tracking is included and transit time to most places in Florida is one day.
